• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We do! However, if your country is listed on "Everywhere Else" means your country is not listed and the pricing stated isn't accurate. Please contact me by email for the correct price for the shipping.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks after the store is closed. it will usually take longer for western countries because I live in Southeast Asia.

• Do you accept group orders?

  Yes!! Feel free to contact me through Insta DM @L00106 or E-mail ([email protected]). It's a good way to save money on shipping fee!!

• Why are all the items has to be Pre Ordered?

  Because I use weekly deadline system where I open the shops for only 2 weeks of the first month so I can collect all the orders first. Then the next 2 week, the shop will be closed for the rest of the month so I can produce, pack and send the items order in bulk to international expedition.

• Where are you shipping from?

  This shop ships from Indonesia, Surabaya specifically. Then the package is being shipped locally to Jakarta because that's where the international expedition drop-off located.

• When will my order be shipped out?

  Usually your order will be shipped out in 14-20 business days after the shop is closed because the items are mostly pre ordered. Acrylic products like Keychain, phone charms, and standee might take longer time to ship. I will send an email when the tracking package is available!

• How long does the shipping take?

  Depend on locations, it varies about 5 - 20 business days!

• When will the shop open / can place order?

  The shop start taking orders on the first day of each month for only 2 weeks!

• What to do if my parcel arrived damaged?

  Unfortunately, I can't help with that since it's not my responsibility. Try to contact your local post office regarding the compensation for the damages that occurred during the handling of your parcel.

• About Shipping price

  The shipping price is for package with items less than 200 gr. If your package is more than 200 gram, you will be contacted to discuss more about the shipping rate!
